What's 独眼竜(Dokuganryu)
Date Masamune was a prominent military commander and feudal lord who lived during the late Sengoku and early Edo periods. He is famously known as the "One-Eyed Dragon" (Dokuganryū) due to the loss of his right eye in childhood. A man of exceptional bravery and strategic brilliance, he expanded his power in the Tōhoku region. Though he aimed to unify Japan, he eventually submitted to Toyotomi Hideyoshi and later served the Edo shogunate.
