Delivery time
The delivery time depends on several factors, such as the shipping method you choose at checkout.
The location of the seller and the estimated delivery time is displayed when you click on 'Delivery' in the product page.
'Standard domestic delivery' - if the seller's country and the delivery country are the same, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 days after dispatch . With standard shipping there is no possibility for traceable shipping (tracking) or proof of delivery.
'Standard domestic delivery' - if the seller's country and the delivery country are the same, the estimated delivery time is 5-14 days after dispatch . With standard shipping there is no possibility for traceable shipping (tracking) or proof of delivery.
'Standard domestic delivery' - if the seller's country and the delivery country are the same, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 days after dispatch . Usually the express option offers the option of traceable shipping (tracking) or proof of delivery.
'Standard domestic delivery' - if the seller's country and the delivery country are the same, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 days after dispatch . Usually the express option offers the option of traceable shipping (tracking) or proof of delivery.
A signature on receipt may be required.
If different shipping options are available, you can make your choice at checkout. We are a marketplace and therefore options for items in your shopping cart may vary.
Please note that all delivery times are estimated times which cannot be guaranteed and do not take into account customs clearance times which are beyond our control. Specifically for deliveries to South Africa: please allow extra delivery time or delays with South African customs and postal services.

Postage costs
The shipping costs depend on several factors, such as the shipping method you choose at checkout.
The shipping costs shown on our product pages assume delivery to the country of the national Fruugo website you are viewing. For example, if you view fruugo.es , the stated shipping costs apply for delivery in Spain. If you change the country of delivery at checkout, the shipping costs will be adjusted.
If you have a Fruugo account, you can change the delivery country for your account as follows:
- Login to your account
- Select your account
- Click on 'Personal details'
- Change country of delivery
This adjusts the shipping cost in the product information windows.
The total shipping costs are stated on the last page of the checkout before you place the order. It is important that you select the correct country of delivery at checkout. Your order will be canceled if the delivery address does not match the country of delivery because the costs have been calculated incorrectly.
If there are additional shipping costs associated with your order, for example if the weight of a product exceeds the limits of the courier service, or if the delivery is to a remote address, we will contact you and you can decide whether you wish to proceed proceed with the order or want to cancel it.

We must comply with national and international standards for the transportation of certain products to certain destinations. Due to these country-specific delivery restrictions , not all products may be available to all destinations.
We only show you products that are available in your country.
We will only deliver orders to a packing point address if the payment card billing address is provided at checkout.
Courier services
Our sellers use a wide variety of leading courier and postal services to deliver your orders, depending on the country of origin and destination and the type of product.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to choose a specific courier service.
Upon arrival in your country, the package may be handed over to your local postal service and you may need to collect your package from a local collection point.
